Quality System

Controlled machining from quote review through final inspection.

Turnco Machine uses documented quality practices to support customer drawings, purchase order requirements, material expectations, inspection needs, and delivery commitments. The process is built around clear responsibilities across sales, procurement, production, QC inspection, and receiving/shipping.

The goal is simple: understand the requirement, machine the part correctly, verify the work, and provide the documentation customers need for receiving and use.

Quality checkpoints across the job

Quote & Requirement Review

Drawings, purchase orders, material needs, tolerances, revision levels, and documentation expectations are reviewed before work begins.

Purchasing & Receiving

Customer-supplied and sourced materials are handled with receiving controls that support traceability and job requirements.

Production Control

Machining work is planned around the print, operation requirements, shop capacity, and the checks needed to keep the job on track.

QC Inspection

In-process and final checks are used to verify critical dimensions, fit, finish, and customer-defined inspection requirements.

Documentation

Inspection records, traceability expectations, and customer-required paperwork are supported according to the job requirements.

Shipping Review

Completed work is reviewed before delivery so parts and documentation are ready for customer receiving.

Quality Assurance Manual

Signed QA Manual Rev. 06 supports repeatable shop practices.

Turnco's Quality Assurance Manual provides the internal framework for controlled work. It reinforces defined responsibilities, process flow, inspection awareness, receiving controls, and customer-focused documentation.
